Register as a member to earn points on your purchases and progress through membership tiers based on your eligible cumulative spending. Check your points balance, current tier, and progress toward the next tier on your member page.

How to earn and use points

  1. Register as a memberAfter registering, you can check your points balance and membership tier on your member page.
  2. Buy eligible productsOnce payment is confirmed, points are awarded for orders that meet the points-earning conditions.
  3. Use your pointsAfter logging in, choose how many points to use on the product page or in your cart. Check the discount on your product subtotal at checkout, and pay using the same member account.

Simply entering a points amount does not deduct points. After applying your points, check their usage status in the points section on the product page or in your cart.

Membership tiers

Your membership tier is based on cumulative product spending after points and other discounts are deducted. Shipping charges are excluded. Points are also calculated by applying the rates below to the discounted product subtotal. Eligible spending and awarded points will be adjusted for returns or refunds.

Example: If you use 1,000 points on a JPY 5,000 product purchase, your eligible spending is JPY 4,000. At the BRONZE rate of 2%, you earn 80 points.

Before using the program

  • Points, including the new-member bonus, can be used only toward product costs. They cannot be used for shipping charges.
  • Your membership tier will not automatically decrease solely because of a short period of inactivity.
  • The points expiry dates and usage conditions shown on your member page apply.
  • Relevant points may be revoked when an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • After an order status update, it may take some time for points and membership tiers to be reflected.
  • For campaign benefits, the period and conditions stated for each campaign take precedence.
