These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the online store and related services (“Services”) operated by PET-Magic (“we,” “us,” or “our store”). By using the Services, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to browsing the Services, member registration, product purchases, B2B partner registration, and other services we provide. The policies on this website, product-page precautions, and individual sales conditions also form part of these Terms.

2. Member registration

Please provide accurate and current information when registering. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel registration if information is false, incorrect, or incomplete, if misuse is suspected, or if we determine that other circumstances make registration inappropriate.

3. Account management

You are responsible for managing your email address, password, and other account details. Lending, transferring, or sharing your account with third parties is prohibited. In principle, actions taken through an account are treated as actions by that member.

4. Product information and orders

We strive to display accurate product information, prices, stock levels, images, and specifications. If we discover display errors, changes in supplier information, stock discrepancies, or similar issues, we may correct the information, confirm order details, or cancel an order. Colors and textures may differ depending on your viewing environment and individual product variations.

5. Prices and payment

Product prices include tax. Shipping and other charges are shown on product pages, at checkout, and in our shipping policy. Available payment methods, payment timing, and the time required for refunds are also subject to each payment provider’s rules. We may hold or cancel orders if payment is not completed.

6. Delivery, returns, and exchanges

Delivery, shipping charges, dispatch times, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the conditions in our shipping policy, refund policy, and product pages. Please check your order promptly after delivery.

7. Points and membership tiers

Points, membership tiers, and promotional benefits are subject to the conditions shown on the membership services page and in each promotion. We may adjust or cancel points and purchase records following order cancellations, returns, refunds, improper acquisition, or similar circumstances.

8. B2B partners

B2B partner registration becomes effective after our review and approval. B2B pricing, sales terms, referral rewards, withdrawals, promotional materials, and other conditions are subject to the separate agreements we provide and the information displayed in the management interface.

9. Prohibited conduct

Prohibited conduct includes violations of laws or public order and morals, registering false information, impersonation, unauthorized access or payments, infringement of our or third-party rights, interference with the Services, commercial use we have not approved, and other conduct we deem inappropriate.

10. Intellectual property

Rights to the text, images, logos, designs, product information, and other content in the Services belong to us or the respective rights holders. Except where permitted by law, copying, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

11. Changes or suspension of the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services where necessary for maintenance, outages, disasters, interruption of external services, legal compliance, or other reasons.

12. Scope of responsibility

We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the Services except where attributable to us. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Read product instructions and precautions, and use products safely according to your pet’s health, size, and temperament.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms in response to changes in laws, services, or operating methods. We will announce significant changes on this website. Revised Terms take effect when published or on a separately specified date.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise provided by law, disputes relating to the Services will be subject to the agreed jurisdiction at first instance of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over our location.
