Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the terms and conditions for the use of the online store and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by PET-Magic (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to the browsing of the Service, member registration, purchase of products, B2B partner registration, and other services provided by the Shop. Various policies, notices on product pages, and individual terms of sale on this site also form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Member Registration)

Customers wishing to register as members must enter accurate and current information. The Shop may refuse, suspend, or cancel registration if there are false statements, errors, omissions, risk of unauthorized use, or other circumstances that the Shop deems inappropriate.

Article 3 (Account Management)

Customers are responsible for managing their email addresses, passwords, and other account information. Lending, transferring, or sharing with third parties is prohibited. As a general rule, any operation performed using an account is deemed to have been performed by the member in question.

Article 4 (Product Information and Orders)

The Shop strives to accurately display product information, prices, stock, images, and specifications. In the event of display errors, changes in supplier information, or inventory discrepancies, the Shop may correct content, confirm order details, or cancel orders. Colors and textures may vary depending on the viewing environment or individual product differences.

Article 5 (Price and Payment)

Product prices are displayed inclusive of tax. Shipping and other charges will be displayed on product pages, the checkout process, and the shipping policy. Available payment methods, payment timing, and refund processing times are subject to the regulations of each payment service provider. If payment is not completed, the Shop may hold or cancel the order.

Article 6 (Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges)

Shipping, shipping fees, dispatch timing, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and on the product page. Please inspect items promptly upon arrival.

Article 7 (Points and Member Tiers)

Choose how many points to use on the product page or in your cart. Points, including new registration bonuses, can be used only toward product costs. They cannot be used for shipping fees. Points, member tiers, and campaign benefits are subject to the conditions displayed on the member service page and for each specific promotion. The Shop may correct or cancel points and purchase records in cases of order cancellation, returns, refunds, or unauthorized acquisition.

Article 8 (B2B Partners)

B2B partner registration becomes effective upon review and approval by the Shop. B2B pricing, terms of sale, referral commissions, payouts, promotional materials, and other conditions are subject to the agreements and dashboard displays separately provided by the Shop.

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)

Acts violating laws or public order and morals, registration of false information, impersonation, unauthorized access, fraudulent payment, infringement of the rights of the Shop or third parties, obstruction of the Service's operation, commercial use not approved by the Shop, and other acts deemed inappropriate by the Shop are prohibited.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Rights related to text, images, logos, designs, product information, and other content on the Service belong to the Shop or the rightful owners. Except where permitted by law, reproduction, reprinting, modification, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Article 11 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Shop may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service due to maintenance, failures, disasters, suspension of external services, legal compliance, or other necessary reasons.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

The Shop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except where attributable to the Shop. This does not apply to legal liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Please check product descriptions and precautions, and ensure products are used safely according to your pet's physical condition, size, and temperament.

Article 13 (Personal Information)

The Shop handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 14 (Modification of Terms)

These Terms may be modified in response to changes in laws, service content, or operational methods. Material changes will be announced on this site, and the modified terms will take effect upon posting or from a date specified separately.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop, unless otherwise provided by law.
