Frequently asked questions
Is this suitable when the coat still feels greasy after washing?
This shampoo washes skin oils and grease from the coat. It is an option when oily hair, rather than mud alone, needs cleaning. Check the type of soiling and the product label before choosing. The manufacturer also gives greasy hair on Cocker Spaniel ears as an example. Do not use it to clean the ear canal.
Does it have to be diluted with water?
This product can be used undiluted. It may be diluted as needed, but the manufacturer does not specify a fixed recommended ratio. Follow the product label rather than applying the dilution ratio of another shampoo.
Can the consistency change?
The manufacturer explains that it becomes a soft paste at lower temperatures and a thick liquid at higher temperatures. The formula can be used in either state.
Precautions
For pet use only. If the product gets into the eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with water. Stop use and consult a veterinarian if any adverse reaction occurs. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
